International Flats is the ideal way for you to send your flats, direct mail, statements and invoices to your customers overseas.

It’s a perfect blend of flexibility, simplicity and economy, meaning you get excellent value for money.

In summary, International Flats is made up of three separate products:

• Unsorted
  Just hand your flats over to us and we’ll do the rest.
• Zone Sort
  Zone meaning either EU or Rest of World.
• Country Sort
  Sorting and presenting your mail in country order.

To qualify for these services you will need to spend in excess of £5,000 per annum across the International Contract Services portfolio. Also, your items must be no bigger than 381mm x 305mm x 20mm and not weigh more than 500g. If they are, you should use our Packets services. However, if they are smaller than 245mm x 165mm x 5mm and weigh less than 100g then you should use our Letters services.
