Working for Royal Mail

Royal Mail provides a service to everyone in the UK, so it's safe to say that every single person in the country is a customer of Royal Mail.

That's why we're one of the nation's largest employers, and we're looking for people like you to help us sort and deliver mail to every UK household and business.

Whether out delivering mail, working indoors in a mail centre or driving a van, all our employees have an important and valuable part to play to ensure our customers receive the best possible service.

Our Values

At Royal Mail we aim to employ a rich and diverse mix of people who reflect the communities where we live and work.  We strive to attract, develop, promote and retain the best talent because it is our people who set us apart from the rest and who truly make the difference.

We offer our employees a range of family friendly policies, and, where possible, flexible working opportunities.  We are introducing diversity-friendly initiatives at a number of sites, from learning centres through to prayer rooms.  We welcome applications from individuals, regardless of sex, age, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, or religion.
