Walksort®

Professional support

You’ll get all the help and support you need to make the most of Walksort®. We’ll give you a free copy of the Walksort® database to help you apply the correct Walksort® code to your addresses and make sure your mail gets delivered accurately and efficiently.

We will also provide you with quarterly updates, assign an account handler and customer operations manager to help you set up your mailroom, and supply equipment such as trays, bags and labels free of charge.

Choose your delivery options

Because you can choose when you want your items delivered, you can allocate resources to handle extra business. The options are:

  • Walksort® 1 - for items to be delivered next working day
  • Walksort® 2 - for items delivered within 3 working days.

How much mail do I need to send?

The minimum mailing size for Walksort® is 4,000 letters (1,000 large letters or A3 packets) for national mailings. However, if you’re mailing to and from a specific postcode area, the minimum mailing size is 2,000 letters. For example, if you were to mail letters from within the CB postcode area, to within the CB postcode area, the minimum mailing size would be 2,000 letters. There is no maximum limit.

Formats accepted:

Letter format image. Maximum length 240mm. Maximum width 165mm. Maximum thickness 5mm. Maximum weight 100g. For example most letters, bills and statements, some brochures and catalogues.
 
Large letter format image. Maximum length 353mm. Maximum width 250mm. Maximum thickness 25mm. Maximum weight 750g. For example A4 envelopes, most brochures, catalogues and company reports, some magazines
 
A3 Packet format image. Maximum length 420mm. Maximum width 297mm. Maximum thickness 25mm. Maximum weight 750g. For example A3 size magazines and oversized direct mail items
