If you don’t have an account with us, just call our dedicated service team on 0845 850 5522 to arrange collection and delivery. They’ll also advise you of any geographical restrictions.

Three levels of service

For complete flexibility, we also offer three different levels of Royal Mail Sameday® service.

  • On Demand Royal Mail Sameday® for ad-hoc urgent delivery.
  • Scheduled Royal Mail Sameday® for regular daily or weekly collections and deliveries.
  • Multi-drop Royal Mail Sameday® for regular collections of large consignments that need to be delivered within a defined area.

Sophisticated satellite tracking

Satellite navigation enables the nearest available driver to be assigned to your collection and also allows you to see in real time, exactly where your parcel is on our online tracking map.

Up to £2,500 compensation

Choose Royal Mail Sameday® and get free compensation cover for loss or damage up to £2500. For an additional fee, you can extend this cover to up to £20,000. Standard compensation does not cover valuables such as money, jewellery or antiques. Prohibited and Restricted Goods conditions also apply – see Terms and Conditions for details
