I have a problem with my Redirection

If you arranged to get items sent from your old address to your new one but they’re not turning up, let us know so we can help.

Situation

  • You set up a Redirection to have all mail addressed to you at your old address sent straight to you at your new address.
  • You’ve noticed that it’s being delivered only some of the time, or not at all. 
  • You may have specific missing items that you are concerned about.
 
 

Solution

  1. If it’s been less than five days since you set up the Redirection, it may not have started yet. 
  2. Are there specific items that you think aren’t being delivered, or could they be addressed to someone else in your house with a different surname? If so, their name may not be included in your Redirection. You can add extra surnames for a small fee. 
  3. For how long did you set up the Redirection? If it has expired, you can renew your application online
  4. If none of the above answers apply, it’s possible that we’ve misplaced your item or sent it to the wrong place. Please call us on 08457 740 740 and we’ll try to find out what the problem is as quickly as possible. Alternatively, contact us with as much detail as possible, including your old and new addresses, plus the reference number we gave you at the time of your application.
